Appellants, Johnny Washington, James Gritts, and Charlie Gritts, hereinafter referred to as the defendants, were charged in Case No. CRF-74-118, in the District Court, Cherokee County, with the offense of Larceny of Domestic Animals, in violation of 21 O.S. 1971, § 1716.
