ORDER

GIVAN, Chief Justice.

The Appellant, Michael Joseph Weatherford, was charged by indictment with first degree murder. He petitioned the trial court to be let to bail which was denied. He appeals from that ruling.

We have reviewed the evidence. We think no good purpose would be served by reciting it. We do not feel justified in disturbing the judgment of the trial court in reversing to admit the Appellant to bail.
