An indictment was returned against the above-named defendants in this case on February 20, 1976, charging them with the substantive offense of armed bank robbery under 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a), involving a robbery of the Poplar Branch of the National Bank of Commerce of Superior, Wisconsin, on or about January 29, 1976.
