This personal injury action involves a two vehicle accident. Margaret Vaught (Vaught), plaintiff, was the driver of a vehicle traveling along a street. Nancy M. Holland (Holland), defendant, was the driver of the other vehicle backing her vehicle from a private driveway. A collision occurred. Vaught seeks recovery from Holland.
