In April 1974 Drug Enforcement Administration officers obtained a search warrant for a first class package addressed "Michael Joseph, 3027 Napoleon Avenue, New Orleans, Louisiana 70125." (Appellant's full name is Michel Joseph Napoli.) Agents opened the package...
