On appellant's motion to reverse and remand and the State's motion to show cause.

The appellant was convicted of first degree murder on July 31, 1975, and sentenced to life imprisonment. He was adjudged an indigent both at trial and on appeal, and the trial judge ordered that he be furnished a free transcript on appeal pursuant to law. Sentence was not suspended pending appeal.
