The Appellant, Douglas Lamarr Chasteen, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged, tried and convicted in the District Court, Tulsa County, Case No. CRF-74-2729, under 63 O.S. 1971, § 2-401 § A(1), for the offense of Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute.
