Appellant, Nolan Taylor Robinson, defendant below, was convicted by a jury in the District of Minnesota for conspiracy to rob a bank in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371 and for possession of an unregistered shotgun in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 5861(d) and § 5871.
