This appeal comes to us from the Circuit Court of Sumter County. Plaintiff initiated the action by filing a complaint against defendant alleging injuries resulting from a motor vehicle collision. The case was heard by the trial court without a jury. Evidence for the plaintiff was his own oral testimony and the oral testimony of a physician and the Alabama state trooper who investigated the accident.
