PER CURIAM.

On July 24, 1975, defendant Elbert Marshall was found guilty by a jury of the crime of armed robbery, MCLA 750.529; MSA 28.797. On September 9, 1975, the defendant was sentenced to a prison term of 5 to 15 years. He appeals his conviction as of right.
