This is an appeal from an August 9, 1976 order of the District Court for the Western District of Missouri enforcing 61 subpoenas issued by the Federal Energy Administration (FEA) to a retail marketer of propane, Empire Gas Corporation (Empire), and 60 of its subsidiaries (appellants). Empire and its approximately 300 subsidiaries are subject to FEA's Mandatory Petroleum Allocation and Price...
