Sentence: four years in the penitentiary of the State of Alabama.

The appellant was indicted for "possession of marijuana contrary to law". At trial the jury found the defendant guilty as charged in the indictment. The trial court pronounced sentence and set sentence in the penitentiary of the State of Alabama for a period of four years.
