Petitioner appeals from a judgment denying her petition for writ of mandate to compel respondent (director) to dismiss a scheduled rehearing after the director rendered a decision in favor of petitioner on a claim for alleged overpayment of Aid to Families with Dependent Children (AFDC) benefits.
