On March 12, 1975, the appellants, Alfonzo Cain and Rommie Loudd, along with Barbara Tripp,1 were indicted for distribution of cocaine on February 5, 1975, to Steve Cox, an undercover agent for the Sheriff's Department of Orange County, Florida, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and 18 U.S.C. § 2.
