IN MATTER OF MARRIAGE OF BURY

546 P.2d 1102 (1976)

In the matter of the Dissolution of the MARRIAGE OF James L. BURY, Respondent, and Dolores A. Bury, Appellant, and The State of Oregon, by and through Its Director of Veterans' Affairs As Conservator of the Estate of James L. Bury, a Protected Person.

Court of Appeals of Oregon.

Decided March 22, 1976.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Delores A. Bury, Vida, pro se.

Lee Johnson, Atty. Gen., W. Michael Gillette, Sol. Gen., and Al J. Laue, Asst. Atty. Gen., Salem, for respondent.

Before SCHWAB, C.J., and LANGTRY and FOLEY, JJ.

PER CURIAM.

On her appeal in this dissolution proceeding, respondent wife attempted to represent herself. We have examined her four assignments of error and find each of them to be without merit. Our review of the record reveals that the case was patiently and fairly handled by the trial judge and we are unable to improve upon his disposition of the case.
