Defendant appeals the trial judge's order denying his motion for discharge pursuant to Fla.R.Crim.P. 3.191. Defendant had entered a plea of nolo contendere to the offense of escape, was adjudged guilty, and sentenced to serve six months consecutively with any sentence now being served.
