Per Curiam.

The defendant, Marilyn McFarlan, had been indicted by a New York County Grand Jury on October 28, 1974 for the crimes of criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance arising out of an alleged sale of heroin by McFarlan to an undercover police officer on June 4, 1974.

McFarlan was subpoenaed to appear before a different New York County Grand Jury investigating two homicides which took place between December 4 and December 6, 1974...
