The appellants, Melvin D. and Marilyn C. Cohen, own a farm in the town of Verona, Dane county. Dane county has adopted a comprehensive zoning ordinance, and the property owned by the Cohens is classified as A-1 Agricultural. The Cohens operate a wholesale grocery and produce business. In connection with this business, they own one semi-tractor and four semi-trailers. When the truck and trailers are not in actual use, they are stored empty on the property...
