An accident involving a pick-up truck and an automobile occurred in West Baton Rouge Parish on August 30, 1974. Jerry Wessinger, the driver of the automobile, was killed and Ronald Harris, a guest passenger in the same vehicle, was injured. Noah and Estelle Wessinger, parents of the deceased, and Ronald Harris appeal the decision rendered by the district court in favor of appellees, Frank Overton, the driver of the pick-up truck, and The Travelers Insurance...
