Plaintiff appeals from a summary judgment entered on behalf of defendants.

This suit arose out of the purchase by defendant Multnomah County from defendant Portland Adventist Hospital of a 230-acre parcel of land in East Multnomah County known as the Glendoveer golf course. Of the agreed sale price of $3 million, $2.4 million was to be paid on execution of the sale contract and the buyer, defendant County, agreed to assume an outstanding obligation...
