Appellant-plaintiff Maurice E. Brown appeals from a denial of his motion for a new trial made after a jury verdict for appellee-defendant Patrick Royalty in an automobile case. In his new trial motion, Brown asserted that the defendant's attorney had improperly and prejudicially implied to the jury that: (1) the defendant had not received a traffic citation because of the accident; and (2) the plaintiff's medical bills were not paid by the plaintiff...
