Richard A. Peterson (plaintiff), filed an alienation of affection suit against Gar C. Graham (defendant). Defendant filed a demurrer to plaintiff's petition and motion for summary judgment. The trial court has yet to rule on either. Plaintiff, by subpoena, served notice to take defendant's deposition.
