This appeal has been taken pursuant to Criminal Rule 12(J) by the state of Ohio from an order of the Sylvania Municipal Court granting the motion of defendant, the appellee, to suppress evidence. The order of the trial court suppressed the results of the breathalyzer test and the use of the videotape taken of the defendant at the time of her arrest.
