This is a personal injury action filed by Ivory Boatner against McCrory Corporation, Rapid American Corporation, Shepard M. Latter, d/b/a Commerce Building and Aetna Life and Casualty Company for personal injuries sustained in a "slip and fall" accident. The trial court held the defendants liable and awarded the plaintiff $5,000.00 in general damages.
