HOLMAN, Justice.

This is a suit to foreclose a materialman's lien. Plaintiff appeals from a decree which held the lien to be invalid.

Defendant Reese purchased on contract from the defendants Wagner property in an industrial park as a site upon which to construct a building for his auto parts business.
