This is an action to remove clouds from title. Plaintiffs seek to have cancelled certain instruments recorded in the public records by defendants and to enjoin the defendants from asserting any interest that is based on these instruments in the property claimed by plaintiffs. The trial court recognized plaintiffs as owners of the land, declared that the recorded instruments did constitute clouds on the title, and decreed
