Defendant appeals his conviction of conspiracy to commit first-degree arson, 1971 Perm.Supp., C.R.S.1963, 40-2-2011 and 40-4-1022 on various grounds including sufficiency of the evidence, an evidentiary ruling, and factual impossibility. We affirm.
