OPINION

MOWBRAY, Justice:

A jury found appellant Antonio Surianello guilty of first-degree murder. He was sentenced to life imprisonment without possibility of parole. In seeking reversal, he alleges that his conviction was obtained in derogation of the Fourth and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution. We disagree, and affirm the conviction.
