Golden (petitioner), a voluntary bankrupt, from a determination by the Bankruptcy Judge that certain obligations due to Ruth Golden, his former wife (respondent), pursuant to a judgment entered against the bankrupt in the Family Court, Kings County, New York, constituted alimony and support and were not debts dischargeable in bankruptcy...
