This is an appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Boone County, Missouri, affirming a decision of the Board of Education of Harrisburg R-VIII School District (respondent, hereinafter "District") terminating an "indefinite contract" with Cora Lou O'Brian (appellant, hereinafter "O'Brian") a "permanent teacher".
