PER CURIAM.

This cause is before us on direct appeal from a conviction of murder in the first degree and sentence of death. We have jurisdiction pursuant to Article V, Section 3(b)(1), Florida Constitution.

Appellant was indicted for first degree murder in that while engaging in the perpetration of a robbery, he did murder one Chevis Thompson, stabbing her with a knife, inflicting mortal wounds from which she died...
