Appellants, John Whitfield Hines and Naaman Eugene Edwards, hereinafter referred to as the defendants, were charged in the District Court, Oklahoma County, Case No. CRF-75-2415, with the offense of Attempted Conjoint Robbery in the First Degree, in violation of 21 O.S. 1971, § 791.
