Upon his appeal from a conviction in Municipal Court, appellant was by the trial court found guilty of violations of the City's ordinances, Sec. 34.93, racing on streets and highways; and Sec. 34.118, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer. The trial court imposed sentences of 15 days confinement in the Municipal Correctional Institution on each charge, to run concurrently.
