This suit for damages for personal injuries was filed by Mike Qualls, plaintiff, against Graham General Hospital and Dr. Frank Harmon, defendants. Plaintiff contended that the defendants committed acts of negligence during the course of an operation to reduce and plate a fracture to his leg which negligence proximately caused a non-union of the broken tibia in his leg and that this non-union resulted in injuries and damages to...
