OPINION

PRESLAR, Chief Justice.

This is a workmen's compensation case in which the claimant was severely injured in an automobile accident while going to work. Three co-workers who were occupants of the car were killed; their cases are companion cases to this one and the disposition of this case controls theirs. The four cases were consolidated for trial purposes only, and, based on a jury verdict, judgment was entered for the claimants and the insurer appeals...
