The defendant, Ronald LeRoy Schuemann, was charged with and convicted of first-degree murder, 1971 Perm.Supp., C.R.S.1963, 40-3-102,1 and conspiracy to commit murder, 1971 Perm.Supp., C.R.S.1963, 40-2-201.2 He was sentenced to the penitentiary for a term of forty years to life. Numerous errors are alleged as a basis for a new trial. Our review of the record satisfies us that reversible error...
