The appellant was found guilty of receiving stolen property pursuant to A.R.S. § 13-1645 and was sentenced to the state prison for a term of not less than one and one-half years nor more than five years. Subsequent to the trial court's denial of appellant's motion to suppress evidence, the appellant stipulated to a waiver of jury trial and submitted the case for a determination of guilt...
