The interveners, Seaberts, and the subject children's father appeal from an order awarding custody of Becky and Butch, now aged 8 and 6, to mother. They have been in the physical custody of the interveners at Aberdeen, Washington for several years pursuant to the marriage-dissolution court's order. Interveners are sister and brother-in-law of father. Both appellants contend that it is in the children's best interests that they remain with interveners...
