The matter before the court is defendant's motion to suppress the evidence on the ground that a warrantless search and seizure violated his Fourth Amendment rights. The government relies on the fact that the search in question constituted an administrative inspection under the Comprehensive Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Act of 1970 and was thus controlled by 21 U.S.C. § 880.
