The appellant (hereafter plaintiff), after a jury trial, was awarded a verdict and judgment for $4,000.00 damages for personal injuries sustained in a collision between an automobile being operated by him and a bread truck owned by the respondent (hereafter defendant), and being operated by its employee, John Delbert Shores (hereafter Shores).
