FAULKNER, Justice.

This is an appeal from a jury verdict, and judgment of the Circuit Court of Tuscaloosa County, awarding Geer $54,000 damages for negligence of an insurance agent by procuring inadequate coverage of insurance against loss or injury, by fire, and other perils. We affirm.
