However, the facts and the contentions of the parties are not as involved as the length of the record would indicate. Harvey and Louise Mecom (both now deceased) owned a 2700 acre tract of land in Liberty County, sometimes referred to as the "Hull Farm." Harvey Mecom is referred to almost completely in the record as "Big Harvey." His nephew...
