This is an appeal from a judgment against a stock brokerage company for damages allegedly sustained because of its failure to timely transact an order in securities. Plaintiff John J. Stanley, entered a "sell short" order with defendant Loeb, Rhoades & Company (Loeb), an investment securities brokerage company.
