OPINION

GREEN, Commissioner.

In a trial before the court on a plea of not guilty, appellant was convicted of murder. Punishment was assessed at ten years.

Appellant's sole ground of error reads:

"The trial court erred in denying appellant's motion to suppress her confession of September 25, 1973, because said confession was coerced and involuntary; the circumstances under which the confession was obtained reveal that her protected rights...
