MEMORANDUM OF DECISION ON DEFENDANT'S MOTION TO SUPPRESS

NEWMAN, District Judge.

Defendant, charged with armed bank robbery, has moved to suppress various items seized from his apartment, some taken at the time of his arrest without a warrant and others taken subsequently by officers executing a search warrant.
