McGREGOR, J.

Defendant was convicted by a Washtenaw County Circuit Court jury of delivery of a controlled substance, heroin, MCLA 335.341(1)(a); MSA 18.1070(41)(1)(a). He was subsequently sentenced to a term of from 7 1/2 to 20 years in prison and now appeals of right.

On appeal, defendant propounds three claims of error. Defendant first contends that remarks made by the prosecutor, some over defense objection...
