This cause is before us on direct appeal to review a final summary judgment entered by the Leon County Circuit Court in a class action affecting the 1973 real property tax roll of Gadsden County. By virtue of the action taken in that court1 we have jurisdiction for review under Article V, Section 3(b)(1) of the Florida Constitution.
