This case was tried before me without a jury over six days in June 1975. The complaint, filed in 1972, originally had five causes of action arising out of the DASA Corporation's1 proposal to sell and the eventual sale of certain of its computer equipment to raise needed cash. The sale required the approval of its debenture holders, which included the two individual plaintiffs, Sims R. Browning...
