Plaintiffs (Appellants) in these consolidated cases, appeal judgments rejecting their suits to enjoin promulgation of the returns of a local option election and to declare null and void the election held in Ward 2, Livingston Parish, pertaining to the sale of alcoholic beverages in excess of 3.2% alcoholic content.
