Steven Sabin and Joanne Lorette were indicted by the Grand Jury on April 25, 1974. Count One charged conspiracy to import cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C.A. § 963. Count Two charged importation of cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C.A. §§ 952(a) and 960(a)(1). A third count charged Lorette with possession of cocaine. Lorette entered a plea of guilty to the possession charge, and the first two counts were dismissed as to her. Sabin entered...
